Let me put my 20+ years as a high school lead counselor to work for you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Vikki Sears LPC-S) who is motivated to help you achieve your goals. 

I specialize in helping clients move through anxiety and depression to a place of healing using modalities ranging from hypnotherapy to CBT. I also have years of experience helping other counselors unpack their own issues, especially those related to the “imposter syndrome”. 

When clients no longer need me, that is my proudest moment. It is my firm belief that the best therapists join their clients on their journeys and listen far more than they speak. One of my biggest strengths is connecting with people, actively listening to their stories, offering non-judgmental support and guidance, and using humor as a way to heal.
